  • List presentations on CINP meetings
  • Name of sponsor

In addition, please prepare the following three documents (we accept Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word (DOC) files only, max. 2MB each)

  1. Curriculum Vitae
  2. List of publications
  3. 100 word synopsis
