The future of an organization depends, at least to some extent, on being relevant and attractive to young colleagues. This is true for all organizations, and it is also true for CINP. In order to address this issue, we decided to establish a new committee - The Early Career Committee - which will focus on initiating and carrying out special activities related to early careers. Scientists in their early career per definition are psychiatric trainees with more than 2 years of training and psychiatrists up to 5 years post psychiatric qualification. Researchers can be a M.D., Ph.D., Post-doctoral fellow, or Research Fellow with more than 2 years in training and up to 5 years after Ph.D. (or equivalent).
